Before your appointment

• Online booking ONLY

• your confirmation is indication that you have an appointment

• Please have valid credit/debit card on file

• You are given a 15 minute grace period after appointment time has started

• anything after 15 minutes, appointment is cancelled and you will be charged $20 no call/no show fee

• Please READ the notes when booking, there are specific directions for certain styles.

• PLEASE reach out if there are any concerns.

• Voice or make note when booking if you would prefer a “no talking” appointment

• Please voice or make note of any allergies

• Please make sure any previous installs, (not done by me) are taken down. You will not be serviced, or you will be charged extra.

During your appointment

• You will experience luxury

• Sanitize hands immediately after entrance

• Please no phones during wash, or any cutting.
